The New Paws Up Projects Is Here! 🐾

We’ve been working behind the scenes to make Paws Up Projects even easier to use — and we’re excited to finally share our upgraded website!

The mission hasn’t changed. Paws Up Projects is still all about making it easy for people to turn their love of animals into action and help local animal shelters and rescues. And, as always, everything is free.

What has changed is how much easier it is to find the right project and get started.

You can now find projects that fit your time, planning level, grade level, group size, and project type. Each project includes step-by-step instructions, materials lists, planning tips, and helpful resources so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.

🍎 A Whole New Space for Teachers

As a former teacher, this part is especially important to me. The new site includes an expanded area just for teachers, with projects designed to fit into real classrooms and connections to service learning, SEL, STEM/STEAM, cross-curricular learning, and more.

Whether you’re a teacher looking for a classroom project, a Scout leader planning a service activity, a family looking for a way to give back, or simply an animal lover who wants to help, there’s a project for you.
