As part of an after school Teen program at the Palm Desert Library, kids made no-sew blankets for a local cat rescue. This project was led by our founder, Kasey Brown. Teens and a couple of parents broke up into groups of 2 or 3 and created the blankets from scratch. Everyone worked together well knowing it was for a good cause- a local cat rescue called Frisky Business Cat Cafe who takes cats in from the Palm Springs Animal Shelter and gets them adopted. Frisky Business really appreciated the blankets!
