We (middle school students), made a lot of fleece blankets for cats to donate to our animal shelter (FAAS), and Cat Rescue (ICRA). Our teacher bought fleece from a craft store and then we measured, cut and tied the edges together.

Biggest Takeaway:
- We will all remember this project because it was fun! Deciding on which color fleece pieces to use since the blankets are 2-sided was especially fun.
Biggest Challenge
- Biggest challenges were time because it was during an elective class at school. We always wanted more time to make blankets.
Project Impact:
- It was SO exciting to present the blankets to both FAAS and ICRA! They really aappreciated the blankets.
